Meet Nicole
Hey! I’m Nicole. I specialize in LDS wedding photography, although I also cover traditional weddings. What sets me apart is my personal connection as an Endowed Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This enables me to truly understand the significance of a Temple Sealing for couples.
I'm attuned to the unique preferences and needs of LDS brides, grooms, and their families, and by combining my experience as a conventional wedding photographer with a deep understanding of Church standards, I offer a wedding photography approach that's tailored perfectly to LDS weddings.
Your Experience
Becoming Sealed to your spouse for eternity is an incredibly special and unique moment. That's why I'm here to offer you a personalized photography service that's all about capturing the essence of your day – except, of course, the moments within the Temple.
To make this happen, I've broken down the process below to give you a sneak peek into what it's like to work with me. While it doesn't cover every single detail, it should give you a good sense of what to expect. With so much on your plate regarding the covenants you're making in the Temple during this time, the last thing you should be worrying about is understanding how I fit into the picture.
The LDS Wedding Photography Experience
Fill out the form on my ‘Contact’ page. Please be sure to tell me that you’re an LDS Bride or Groom and what Temple you’re being Sealed in in the ‘Anything else you’d like to share’ section.
I’ll reach out to schedule a meeting- either in person or over Zoom- so that we can meet and get to know one another a bit better. I’ll also gather further details about your Sealing day, such as the time, and any Reception information.
You’ll sign your contract and pay the retainer fee for your special day!
We’ll schedule your Engagement Portrait Session and/or your First Look Session (you can read more about those processes here under the ‘Portrait Photography Experience’ section).
About six weeks before your special day, I’ll reach out again to help you build your final timeline and to make any travel plans necessary for me to be there!
I’ll arrive at our agreed upon location- whether it’s the Temple where you’re being Sealed in, or a Getting Ready location, and check in with you before beginning to capture your day!
Once the day is nearing it’s end, I’ll check back in with you, your new spouse, and both sets of your parents to see if there are any last photos you’d like to have.
I’ll return home where I’ll begin uploading, backing up, and editing your beautiful photos!
I’ll post sneak peeks to my social media channels as soon as I can, if I’m traveling home, or the next day if you’ve elected to be Sealed in the Albuquerque New Mexico Temple.
You’ll receive an email with a link to your private online gallery with instructions on how to download your photos.
We’ll schedule one more meeting- either in person or over Zoom- so that I can help you choose your print products.
You’ll receive your print products and begin enjoying them for generations to come!
