Your Wedding Photography experience

I might not be in Columbia, Missouri right now, but thanks to today's technology, your experience as a wedding client with Nicole Bradshaw Photography can be just as great as those of my clients in New Mexico. The main difference is that we'll be connecting exclusively over Zoom instead of meeting face-to-face. Here is what you can expect while working with me:

1. You’ll fill out the form on my ‘Contact’ page, letting me know you’d like to schedule a free consultation!

2. I’ll respond, and we’ll schedule a Zoom meeting when we’re both available. We’ll go over your wedding day details, and your wants and expectations for your wedding photos.

3. You’ll sign my contract and pay your deposit to reserve your date!

4. We’ll begin planning your Engagement Session! I’ll also book my book my flights and rental car for this session, sending you this info!

5. We’ll shoot your Engagement Session, and you’ll receive your private online gallery a few weeks later!

6. We’ll stay in contact through email throughout your entire planning process. I’ll be sending you lots of tips, tricks, and resources! You’ll be able to reach out for any sort of help and support you need!

7. About six weeks before your wedding, I’ll reach out to schedule another Zoom meeting, this time to help you lay out your wedding day timeline from start to finish! We’ll also go over a lot of other details that will help me record your special day to the best of my abilities.

8. I’ll book my flights and rental car straight after this meeting, being sure to send you that information so you know when I’ll arrive.

9. You’ll pay your remaining balance two weeks before your wedding.

10. I’ll arrive the day before your wedding, calling to check in and see how things are going! Hopefully we can meet for a late-afternoon coffee!

11. The next day, I’ll arrive at our agreed upon time and place to being capturing your special day! I’ll shoot all the details, the ceremony, the formal portraits, and the reception!

12. Before I leave your wedding, I’ll check in with you and your spouse, as well as both sets of your parents to make sure I’ve captured everything! Then, I’ll take my leave!

13. I’ll return to my accommodation, and back up your photos on my laptop so that I have two copies, just in case!

14. I’ll return home, and begin editing your beautiful photos! You’ll receive a sneak peek or two a day or two after I get home!

15. I’ll post your blog post, with all the details and my favorite photos of your special day to all of my social media channels! You’ll receive an email with a link to send out to all of your friends!

16. A few weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive an email link to your private, online gallery where you’ll be able to view ALL of your fully-edited photos for the first time!

17. We’ll schedule one more Zoom meeting so that I can help you select and order all of your print products!

18. You’ll receive your print products and begin enjoying them for years to come!

19. You’ll write a review of my services so that others will know about the wonderful experience you had!
