Childhood is a fleeting time in each of our lives- it's a time that most of us only remember vaguely, and if it weren't for the photos that our parents had taken of us, we probably wouldn't remember as much as we do. As we grow older and nostalgia sets in, the portraits of us and our siblings as children become dearer and dearer to our hearts as living reminders of who we once were. To our children, these portraits mean just as much, because these photos allow them to see what we looked like when we were their age, and for our grandchildren, it helps them to connect to their history.
